Responsibilities
The Chief Executive is responsible to the Board of Directors for overall policy matters relating to the company, ensuring commercial viability and overall management of and liaison with other departments.
Post Holder
Jason joined PDG in 2023 as Commercial Director, offering 30+ years’ experience working for major multi-national and international contracting companies, as well as various SMEs, across multiple sectors. Through-out his professional career, he has held several positions within both a commercial and operational sphere, with the last 18 years spent in Senior Executive Leadership roles. He has extensive skills in commercial management and holds a Masters (with Distinction) in Oil & Gas Law (LLM) and is a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As part of a planned leadership transition, Jason assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 April 2026
