Responsibilities
The Commercial Director has overall responsibility for commercial activities, driving business growth, enhancing market position, and ensuring sustainable financial growth. They are responsible to the Chief Executive for the development, implementation, and oversight of the company’s commercial strategy in line with business targets, while identifying new market opportunities and areas for growth, expansion, and diversification.
Post Holder
Jason joined PDG in 2023, offering 30+ years’ experience working for major multi-national and international contracting companies, as well as various SMEs, across multiple sectors. Through-out his professional career, he has held several positions within both a commercial and operational sphere, with the last 18 years spent in Senior Executive Leadership roles. He has extensive skills in commercial management and holds a Masters (with Distinction) in Oil & Gas Law (LLM) and is a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
